Kerry Sabbag
Russian Instructor
Kerry’s interest in Russian culture began when she read Anna Karenina in high school and became determined to eventually read it in Russian. That dream led to multiple trips to Russia and many years in graduate school. Her experiences as a language teacher in graduate school cemented her dedication to teaching. After completing her PhD in Russian Literature at Brown University, she taught Russian language and literature at the University of Kansas. Then she returned to New England and embarked on a new career teaching Russian and English, as well as training new teachers through a TEFL Certificate Program in Boston. She is excited to be a part of Boston Language Hub and to continue introducing students to the wonders and challenges of learning Russian.
