Japanese - High Beginner 1

Course Description

This is a standard class that meets once per week for 8 consecutive weeks: April 9 – May 28. Begins with a refresher of both hiragana and katakana scripts, pronunciation, basic vocabulary, simple sentence structure, and common expressions. The primary focus of this level is on building on grammar, conversational phrases, and reading/writing skills. Textbooks: "Japanese for Busy People" – Volume I (4th Edition), Kana Version
