Course Description

This is a standard class that meets once per week for 8 consecutive weeks: May 2 – June 20. Introduction to basic phrases and vocabulary with an emphasis on pronunciation and fundamental grammar. Students will learn to introduce themselves and talk about their daily activities. Topics: family, work, studies, and travel Objectives: pronouns, possessive pronouns, numbers, colors, simple nouns and adjectives, gender and number agreement, basic word order, the simple present tense, and negation in the simple present tense Textbook: Deutsch - Na klar!, 7th Edition, Introduction-Chapter 2)
